Our company, which is very young, continues to grow with fast and confident steps with high quality, fast delivery and reasonable price understanding with its expert staff with 15-20 years of experience. Due to its ability to make robots, conveyors and molds for its new projects, it reacts very quickly and provides time and favorable price advantages. 

Ekinplas, which sets out with the motto that your preferences affect your future, continues its works by following the technology and keeping customer satisfaction in the foreground. In addition to food packaging, the production of Medical and White Goods Plastic parts has also started. The entire production facility, which complies with food and health regulations, has been designed with a high quality and automation standard for the purpose of producing food packaging and medical plastics. Our facility, which takes quality into consideration at every stage of production, has ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 quality management systems. We also have work permits for the ministry of agriculture and all government agencies.

Our basic principle is to produce at high quality and standards by adhering to the principle of Quality Management for the unconditional customer satisfaction required by the competition in the world market in the field of plastic injection product manufacturing. For this;

  • National/International legal regulations must be fully complied with.
  • All our environmentally and human-oriented activities should be constantly reviewed.
  • Necessary measures must be taken and continuous improvement efforts must be made to minimize the negative environmental impacts resulting from our activities and to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases.
  • In order to make our integrated management system more efficient and effective, the awareness and responsibility of our employees should be developed and expanded through continuous training.

Our Product Quality Policy

By following modern technological developments in the food packaging production sector in which we operate as Ekinplas Plastik, to develop and continuously improve product safety and quality culture, to prioritize communication and training to improve the knowledge and skills of our employees, to meet the needs and expectations of our customers by ensuring hygienic conditions at every stage of production, To convey information regarding food safety to the public, consumers and suppliers and/or request this information, to provide quality and hygienic products; In this regard, we undertake to comply with legal regulations, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and BRC Packaging standards, continuously improve its effectiveness and ensure that the following sub-policies are fulfilled.

Hygiene Policy

To identify and control physical, chemical and biological food safety hazards at every stage of the products we offer to our customers, and to ensure that they are produced in accordance with health and hygiene rules.

Physical Appearance and Jewelry Policy

It is not allowed to enter the production areas without work clothes, protective clothing or a cap. Protective clothing is worn in production areas and designated areas that are likely to pose a risk. No jewelry may be used while working in production areas.

Aprons should be clean and caps should be used to completely cover the ears and hair. The cleaning of the aprons is ensured by the practices carried out by our company.

Smoking and Food Policy

Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in our production and storage areas and changing rooms.

Warning signs are hung in visible places. Visitors and subcontractors are ensured to comply with this rule.

Entry Policy to Production Areas

Our visitors and suppliers enter our production areas by wearing special aprons and caps and by being subjected to a Visitor Hygiene Survey. 

Foreign Material and Sharp Tools Policy

In our production areas, glass, breakable plastic materials, wood and wire materials have been removed from use to prevent foreign substances that may cause physical contamination. Existing glass, breakable plastic materials and metal equipment are protected.

When necessary, special tools are used and checked regularly.

Staff Health Checks Policy

Periodic health examinations of the personnel are carried out. In cases of infectious diseases, upper respiratory tract infections, diarrhea, nausea, coughing and sneezing, the production manager removes the product from the production area and sends it for health control. 

Imitation – Advertisement Policy

Our business undertakes to produce in accordance with legal regulations in all purchases and production, and not to use or produce imitation and adulterated products in production.
